C\u2019est la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019employeur de veiller \u00e0 respecter les r\u00e9glementations et d\u2019en faire la preuve au gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec. La certification du formateur, le lien direct entre la formation et le poste occup\u00e9 par l\u2019employ\u00e9 et l’inclusion dans le plan de formation de l\u2019entreprise sont des exemples de crit\u00e8res \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration \u00e9galement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Documentez bien vos activit\u00e9s\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

      Il est <\/span>important<\/b> de bien documenter vos d\u00e9penses en formation, car cette \u00e9tape-ci est plus complexe que r\u00e9aliser vos comptes de d\u00e9penses habituels. Vous devez tout d\u2019abord r\u00e9diger \u00e0 l\u2019interne un plan de formation clair pour chaque titre d’emploi existant dans votre entreprise. Pour ce faire, il est recommand\u00e9 de mettre sur pied un comit\u00e9 de formation interne.
